Golf is a sport, and golfers of all abilities are athletes.  Whether you are a beginner, a weekend player, or a competitive golfer you need to train correctly both on the course and off the course in order to maximize your performance level.


Golf fitness is an integral part of the sport today and it is here to stay.  It is no different than any other sport specific training.  Golf fitness has many different components including:
